We have had a grand Friday the 13th at our house! Today was YARD SALE ~ DAY ONE and we could not ask for more beautiful yard sale weather. We got everything out at about 7am this morning and things started rolling. Our biggest item (the washing machine) sold first, and by the end of the day most of the really good stuff was gone! We also have a drawing going for a gift basket and people have given generously to that as well. We weren't sure how that would go, but it has definitely been worth it! It was also neat to talk with so many different people about our mission, our seminary courses, and to tell them how God is working in our lives. I almost forgot to take some pics, but here's one shot I took near the end of the sale...no customers at this time:
