We finally got our car problems resolved and are now the proud owners of a true "Dave Ramsey Car." Some of you will understand this, but for those of you who don't...basically, we do not finance cars. Therefore, we look for used cars, in decent shape that we can pay cash for and well, this is what we got.
The best part = it's very clean, has low miles, and this puppy will get 40+ miles per gallon. With Jeremy's commute to work, this is a huge plus! The worst part = the AC is not the best, so the next few months could be a little warm for him. I'm just so glad to be a two car family again. Whew!
We also received some more goodies from e3.
Here is my I Am Second backpack. Boy, do I need some African sun!
We also got our evangicubes and some instructions for how to use them. It basically presents the gospel of Jesus in a picture form that anyone can understand.
Lastly, we received these awesome little prayer journals/devotion books that Jeremy and I will complete during the four weeks prior to our trip.
We've also been busy planning our final fundraiser- - a YARD SALE!
I've been busy making signs.
We have a pretty little gift basket for the sale too. Any donation that a shoppers make gets them entered to win!
Not to mention all the school work that has been getting done around here.
And with all the beautiful weather, I couldn't resist sprucing up my flower beds!
Don't forget to stop by our house for an amazing sale next weekend! Let's pray for NO rain and lots of shoppers! If anyone wants to donate items to us, we will be accepting things up until the day of the. Leave me a comment if you need directions!
